We reserve the right to adjust product availability, pricing, and offers without prior notice.

5. Orders & Acceptance

A purchase agreement becomes final once your payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation email.

Delays

Ruveno is not responsible for delays caused by:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@ruveno.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We may request photos or additional evidence.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging (if reasonably possible)

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
