  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Ruveno uses multiple fulfillment centers worldwide, including facilities in:

  • North America

Your order may ship from any of these locations, depending on product availability.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK & EU: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.
Transit times may vary depending on:

  • Weather or logistical disruptions

4. Shipping Costs

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


5. Tracking Information

  • All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Ruveno is not responsible for orders lost due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Address changes requested after shipping

If the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for an additional fee.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Stuck for an unreasonable amount of time

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Arrives damaged

We may request:

  • Photos of the product or packaging

  • Confirmation with the carrier

  • Additional verification

We will assist you with replacement or other solutions.


9. Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory availability.
You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.


10. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations because orders may enter processing immediately.
